Selah's Room

Most of you will probably not care too much about these pictures, but I am really excited about putting together Selah's room. We bought the furniture used off of Craig's List and Jeff wanted me to mention that he put the crib together mostly by himself. My mother-in-law made the bedding. Isn't it beautiful??? My grandparents painted the room and I am stenciling on the walls. So, to my sisters Amy and Amanda, here are the pictures I promised!

It looks great!! Hey, what is "Craig's List"? something online? We have been looking at baby furniture ourselves and it is SO EXPENSIVE! We have been holding out for some sweet deals, but none have come our way yet...any suggestions?

You've been waiting a long time to break out the pink paint, huh? As the current owner of a pink bedroom (and yes, even Tim likes it), I say two thumbs up!

So girly and looks like something from a fashion mag. The only thing missing is a little girl!
Have to share a funny story--your mom & dad were shopping in a kids dept. with us recently when your dad held up a little t-shirt. It had apparently been dragged around on the floor and had dirt and grime across the front and sleeve. He said it was the perfect shirt for his new grandaughter since she is blessed with 2 rugged brothers. It was so funny and your dad has a great sense of humor! :)

Now all that's missing are a bunch of decapitated Barbies, legos, smashed-up hot wheels, and other signs that her brothers have invaded the room.
